One source contacted me yesterday to say that he heard the PEN-F will be announced on January at CES already along the new 300mm PRO lens. So far I heard Olympus has a press announcement on January 6th.

Our rumors where 100% correct! Olympus just registered the “PEN-F” camera in Taiwan. Like I told you a week ago the PEN-F has an integrated viewfinder and the camera will ship early Spring 2016 (probably March). We know Olympus will announce the new 300mm PRO lens at CES (January 6th). And I suspect Panasonic will show us the final 100-400mm MFT lens specs and design. But so far I heard nothing about a possible Panasonic MFT camera announcement at CES. The GF 4K camera is more likely to be announced at CP+ by late February (or later).

It is still unconfirmed when Olympus will launch the PEN-F (CES or CP+???)
