New Sigma patent makes you assume the LEICA 42.5mm f/1.2 was maybe designed by them?

Asobinet spotted a newly published Sigma 42.5mm f/1.2 MFT lens patent. This really looks like the current Leica 42,5mm lens design. So maybe Panasonic licensed the design from Sigma?
