According to the website aperture.maccreate.com Apple will update the Aperture 3 software to support the Panasonic GF1
and the Leica M9
RAW files.

The white Olympus E-P1 has been discontinued at BHphoto. Is that the first sign that the E-P1 will slowly be faded out after the E-PL1 announcement? Amazon has the white model in Stock via third-party resellers only. And Adorama doesn’t list the white model.
P.S.: Anyway the silver models are still in Stock.

The italian engineer Adriano Lolli created a new adapter. Original description from his website: “Adapter for obiectives by magnifying with screw thread M39 cameras in 39×1 graft Olympus, Lumix, Panasonic, Leica, etc. with bayonet micro 4 / 3. Allows you to mount all the breeding objectives with M39 thread on graft focamere micro 4/3. If somebody has a lens with a different diameter of thread, please note that we realize every kind of fitting. Also check the draft of your objective for allowing focus properly: it must be put into the range of the values shown in the second photo (from 20 mm to 28 mm). We realize the same adapter for different measures, see article: 3189”
Nice! Now we can use our “old” enlarger lens on MFT!
Today we will switch on a new server. Could be that the website will be offline for few minutes!
With the new server we will never again have database crashes. And next week we will start to add the new 43rumors content (photocontest-forum and other stuff).
Thanks!
“Version 1.3 will address the occasional freezing of the camera display while manually focusing.”

UPDATE: One hour after publishing our post Samsung removed the article.
This is our original post:
I just want to share with you an exerpt of one of the latest article on the official Samsung blog (Samsungimaging.com).
“However, what I can tell you is, that the APS-C image sensor is bigger than micro four third sensors. The increased size of image sensors results in improved low light performances and greater dynamic range. Thus meaning, the image quality of the pictures taken with an APS-C are theoretically better than the ones taken with a Micro Four Third sensor” and “I mean, that’s like saying a usual VW Golf equals a Ferrari because it rolls on 4 tires.”
So we are VW and they are Ferrari. I dont’t know if I should laugh or cry. Do they really need to write such kind of s….. to “convince” people to buy their products?
