a little bit of everything…

Video on top by Stephen Nguyen:Here is a video I shot with the GH4 for a car expo teaser. The GH4 was mounted on a Varavon Birdycam 3-Axis Gimbal. I think by showing people that this camera can be used on professional shoots like this it will therefore encourage people to take the GH4 more seriously when it comes to cinematic or commercial applications.

Second “Mirrorless Game of Thrones” episode where we compare the Olympus OM-D E-M1 and the Panasonic GH4 (Bestmirrorlesscamerareviews).

Amedeo:I’d like to share a video that I shot recently during a short trip to Normandy with the GH3: https://vimeo.com/103959044

Josh: “I would like to introduce you to my Kickstarter campaign: the Heirloom, the “world’s first tomato for cameras”: http://kck.st/1piBPZO. There are *only 9 days left* in the campaign, and I have some very dedicated backers that really want to see it get funded. We need your help to get the word out. I have a brand new $20 model that may attract a lot of attention.

The Heirloom is a camera tripod alternative that looks like a tomato. 4/3 cameras will work very well with it.  Mount your camera to the stem and off you go. It’s spherical (made out of a single piece of Cordura), so it’s versatile – tilted or level – on many kinds of surfaces that are not suited for tripods. There’s nothing else quite like it. The Heirloom didn’t start its life as a vegetable when I started working on it over two years ago, but in a strange way its features sort of required it to be a tomato.

I’ve gotten a few great mentions already, right alongside other top projects such as the Coolest and Cabin:
