5 years ago |I’m sorry for my ignorance, but what is “stop-down function”?
Dylan
5 years ago |Meaning that you can close down the aperture on lenses that lack a mechanical ring for this task. Nikon G-series and Pentax DA lenses, as well as all Minolta/Sony A mount lenses. Canon EF lenses are also like this, but unlike the other mounts, which still use a mechanical link to the body (*what the adapters manipulate*), these lenses have fully electronic apertures.
