Reloaded: The free GF3 deal will last until July 7th (new GX1 price drop, and GF3 for 199 Euro.)
Like it was yesterday the GF3 kit is ruling the Amazon Ranking (Click here to see). The GF3 deal will last until July 7th according to BHphoto (Click here). Meantime the GX1 with zoom lens got the next $7 price drop at Amazon (Click here).
For us Europeans there is a red GF3 body for 199 Euro on eBay (Click here). That’s the cheapest price I found.
And don’t forget t hack your GF3 when you get it!

12 months ago |I like second, it means I’m always next.
That is a good price, but I just can’t bring myself to get another 12 meg pany sensor and I already have the lens.

12 months ago |is it worth purchasing the GF3 for a newbie like me who was always using a compact camera?
Is there a significant advantage using the GF3? Are there any lenses that dont cost a fortune and will give the wow effect over a compact camera?
PS: my gf has a sony A55 and using a minolta 50mm f1.7 lens (which she bought very cheap) it results to some very impressive results. Any chance to for almost same results on a GF3? Or am i asking for too much?
ur advice is needed

12 months ago |The advantage will be better high ISO, more dynamic range, better image quality on enlargements, less noise in blue skies and shadow areas, a lot more control of DOF, and you can get an adapter to use your girlfriends lens. Plus, Panny now makes a wide angle converter and macro converter for the 14 2.5 lens, for a hundred bucks or so.

12 months ago |OK Pulled the trigger on this, kept seeing it come and go at the price. I already own the GF-1 and have owned and loved it almost since it’s release.
I already have the 14mm lens (anyone want it 100 quid in UK)
I am going to keep this as a second camera, either going to buy the EM-5 or wait to see what the GH3 looks like. Fully invested now in 3/4 lenses, owned the 7D but it never left the house.
Would buy the GH2 if it came down to that crazy price we saw a while back. What a video camera it is after hacking.
