First Noktor 50mm f/0.95 lens for sale on eBay!
The Noktor 50mm f/0.95 is out of Stock on their official website (Noktor.com). But if you want that lens you can get it on eBay right now (Click here)! I own the lens and I posted some image samples here and here. A short video made with the lens is available here. The lens fits on your MicroFourThirds camera without the need of any adapter. What’s my opinion about the lens? In short, don’t expect sharp images at 0.95. But I like the soft creamy results, and the lens is sharp enough when shooting videos.

Look for the epxensive but very good Canon 50mm f/0.95 if you absolutely need a good image quality wide open!

3 years ago |Reminder (again!) — The Canon 50/0.95 is NOT a Leica M-mount lens!
It came only in a special mount for Canon 7-series rangefinder cameras. TV versions had the same mount plus a Canon-designed C-mount adapter.
There are a fair number around that have been converted to M-mount by aftermarket technicians, and these work fine on an MFT camera with an M-to-MFT adapter. But if someone goes on eBay and buys any old Canon 50/0.95 assuming it will come in an M mount, that person may be in for a disappointment.
(A good native-M-mount alternative is the Voigtlander 50/1.1, and compared to a mint Canon plus the cost of conversion, it may wind up voting about the same.)

I’d really like to emphasize that the Noktor is a fantastic lens. I’ve consistently gotten complements on the photos I’ve taken with it (above and beyond the comments I usually get).
The only reason I am selling is because I switched to an entirely different camera system and have been unsuccessful in finding a compatible adaptor.
Having used the Noktor for a while, I think in general it got a bit of a bad rap in initial reviews. The images it produces have more of a ‘vintage lens’ feel somehow, but in my book at least that’s far from a bad thing.

3 years ago |Oh boy, looking at those samples I feel I hit the lottery when I bought my Konika Hexanon 57mm F1.2 for around 200€, because besides beeing twice cheaper, it’s also twice as sharp at the same apertures…

3 years ago |Still a sub-standard, expensive lens with limited usefulness IMO. Wasn’t worth the $750 initial price, and it’s not worth the current auction price. Looks like someone thinks it does, though. Good luck with the auction.

Interesting to see Noktor out of stock now that we’ll have 25mm F0.95 available soon … I hope they make another lens though.
