Panasonic manager Yosuke Yamane has been interviewed by Imaging Resource. All the talk is about the new S1H. But he also said this:
In Micro Four Thirds, the GH-series already has a good reputation, because of the small size and mobility. And it has already been used for independent movie production. But as we said, full-frame sensors provide higher picture expression with the shallow depth of field, resolution and dynamic range. I expect lots of production companies are interested in that and they appreciate the value of full frame. So I think the GH and S1H will co-exist based on the shooting scene.
Yes I think the S1H will not take away sales from the GH series. The S1H costs nearly three times as much and it’s heavier and the glass a lot bigger (and limited in numbers). I can’t wait to see the new GH6 now :)

This is really an odd camera: It’s a smartphone, it has a FourThirds sensor but it uses the Canon EF-mount. It would have made a lot more sense if the Yongnuo YN450 would feature a Micro Four Thirds mount. Lenses would be smaller and the mount flange distance much short. I hope they will make a MFT mount version of this!
Anyway, here are the first unboxing pictures of the Yongnuo YN450 via Weibo:
