Bad news: The new OM-5 will be announced in late October and not in September due the chip shortage
A trusted source told me the camera will no more be announced in late September. The new release time is late October with shipment start in November. The simple reason is the ongoing worldwide chip shortage. OM Digital needs a bit more time to produce enough OM-5 bodies. Just this week for example China announced again new lockdown measures in Shenzen :(
