The Leica M9 is going to be announced on September 9th !
It isnt official, but its been leaked everywhere. For the E-600, or “E-620-lite” Olympus took an E-620 and took some features away, and at the same time dollars off the price tag. The missing features are backlit buttons, aspect ratio control, the 3 art filters not present on an e-450 (pale and light colour, light tone and grainy film) and multi-exposure mode.

We are out of business for one day and a half. All three 43rumors writers will have no Internet connection for about 36 hours. Daniel is very busy at work, Hannes is on holidays in France and Alejandro is on a phototrip in the Gobi desert. We should come back right in time for the Panasonic September 1st announcements.

Some good news for future E-P1 buyers:
Adorama has the Silver E-P1 with 14-42mm lens in sotck.
And amazon has the E-P1 with 17mm f/2.8 Lens and Viewfinder (Silver) in stock
Just received an email from one of source. He told me that maybe the E-P2 (or maybe it will have a different name?) could be similar in size and form.
UPDATE: The CEO from Olympus already told officially that the next camera will not be that bigger!
As Olympus already told many there will be an electornic viewfinder (and according to forum-fourthirds that will be external)
Surprised? I am!
I know you are all waiting for the aftertomorrow Panasonic new camera announcement! To kill some of the waiting time read the next Panasonic camera reviews ;)
