Last week I reported that Olympus added the 7-14mm f/2.8 PRO lens on their Four Thirds Group Mathcing Simulator page (Click here). Two of our sources told us that Olympus plans to release the lens at around June. This means you can preorder it at that time while the lens will ship in late July-early August (differs from region to region). The lens is already listed at BHphoto (Click here).

Meyer Optik Görlitz has announced the plan to make the Trioplan f/2,8/100mm for mFT. It will be a full manual lens and ship in October (Source: meyer-optik-goerlitz).
If you hoped that unlike 2014 the new year 2015 would stop the dropping system camera sales you were wrong. As you can see from that chart published by Personal View both DSLR and Mirrorless sales dropped in January 2015. The data is based on Japanese company shipment numbers (Source CIPA).
