New ReallyRightStuff L-Plate for the E-M10II.

Bildschirmfoto 2015-11-06 um 20.58.57

ReallyRightStuff (Click here) announced the new L-Plate for the E-M10II.

And Roberto sent me this:

“Since it was difficult (yet) to find any kind of supporting grip for my new Lumix GX8, I just had an epiphany and tried out the L-Grip / Bracket for my Sony A7 (without the vertical part)… and voila, works like a charm :)  It´s almost as if it were designed for the Lumix as well!
Here are some pix:

It adds pretty good stability with the bigger zooms or the Nocticron, and costs only about 10 Dollars from HK! I think it´s a nice solution, until they come up in a few months with a proprietary one…
So, you might want to share this with all the lucky GX8 owners out there? ;)”

Jan:after I got my Panasonic 14-140mm 3.5-5.6, I was unsure, if I should keep my Panasonic 45-150mm. This is why I made a comparison test of the two lenses. I thought you and your readers might be interested in such a comparison. (FT3) Global Shutter coming with the E-M1II?

Share

I just got this from an anonymous source:

I asked what should be expected with the M1 II video, the Oly guy suggested that they will completely eliminate motion shifting in video recording. I asked does that mean they will bring global shutter to the camera, and he replied he doesn’t really know, as the Japan didn’t release anything in detail.

Let’s hope the E-M1II will come soon and have global shutter…and 4K!
