The biggest issue was to sync video and master audio – the band got problems to hear the phonogram so their tempo was different from the master audio. Had to do multiple shifts and edits to make everything look acceptable. But despite all efforts in finding shots without mistakes in performance and careful grading the video was not appreciated. The reason was ‘The wooden floor looks bad in the shot and the window is ugly’. A couple of days ago I told you that Olympus will announce the new 300mm f/4.0 on January 6 at 6am London time. I keep receiving first hands-on impressions from sources. In summary what they say is:
– Image Quality is truly impressive. Worth every penny you pay for it
– Image stabilization is also the best they ever experienced on such a lens.
– The Build Quality is also very very very high
Digicameinfo leaked the first pictures of the Panasonic DMC-TZ100. The camera will be announced on January 5 at the CES show next week. The known specs so far are:
– 20.1MP 1 inch sensor
– 25-250mm f/2.8-5.9 lens
