Olympus registered a new camera model with the code “IM005”. The registration text says the camera uses the LI-92B battery. That battery is only used by a few Stylus cameras like the current SP-100 (image on top). This suggest a new SP-200 or TG-5 or XZ-3 might be announced soon!

Nick then runs through the ISO range from 200 to 12800. He claims to see a definite improvement in performance over the GH4. 3200 ISO in particular looks really useful with not too much noise at all – nothing that NEAT video can’t fix.

However, it’s up to you whether you have the budget to spend this much on a camera. If you do, then we think it’s well worth the money.
