Olympus registered a new camera model with the code “IM005”. The registration text says the camera uses the LI-92B battery. That battery is only used by a few Stylus cameras like the current SP-100 (image on top). This suggest a new SP-200 or TG-5 or XZ-3 might be announced soon!
Chris (videon on top): “I just launched my latest episode of Adventure Photography On Location. I spent the weekend in the Blue Mountains of Australia and I took the E-M1 Mark II along with me to capture big landscapes all the way down into the narrow canyons in the valleys. ”

Newsshooter posted that GH5 video fromNick Driftwood:
Nick then runs through the ISO range from 200 to 12800. He claims to see a definite improvement in performance over the GH4. 3200 ISO in particular looks really useful with not too much noise at all – nothing that NEAT video can’t fix.
And Nofilmschool posted an interview with Luke Neumann:
It now has enough features to be considered the best all around camera for its price. In my opinion, at least. I would only consider something like the A7s if you really had a specialized shoot or look in mind.

Without doubt the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II offers an impressive array of features*, including excellent image quality, a unique 50mp shooting mode, Cine 4K video, excellent 5-axis image stabilisation, up to 60fps continuous shooting, dual SD card slots, weather-sealing, access to a wide variety of Micro Four Thirds lenses, a high resolution electronic viewfinder (EVF), a tilting touch-screen, improved battery life, and more. However, it’s up to you whether you have the budget to spend this much on a camera. If you do, then we think it’s well worth the money.
