Egami spotted a new Olympus RGBCMY multilayer sensor. A sort of advanced version of the Sigma Foveon tech. The goal is to deliver a High Sensitivity and High Color Fidelity. Don’t know if we will ever see such a sensor on a digital camera tough.
Olympus also released that picture of their full PRO lens line. And as you can see there is also the 300mm PRO lens (listed at BH). It’s the only one still “missing” and let’s hope Olympus will ship this one within 2015. One source told us Olympus goal for now is to start shipping the lens from November 15.

Thought your readers might be interested in this combo of camera and stabilizer — the movement isn’t perfect by any means but for the form factor and ease of balancing in the field, it works pretty well for quick cutting clips like mine.
