Someone sent me this link to Softpedia where he says you can download the 4.0 E-M1 firmware update. I have no way to check if this is real and don’t want to risk to ruin anyones camera. I kindly invite you not to test this. I post this as sole info only and maybe some 43rumors reader has enough skills to check if the software is a scam or a real one.

Olympus Japan announced that it will resume the E-M10II sales in November. Those of you who already bought the camera with the lens lock pin issue can send it in for repair.

A new Olympus patent spotted by Egami describs an algorithm capable of removing de Haze from your pictures. Don’t know if many of you will find this useful but Olympus seems to work hard on this and we may get that on future cameras!
