Well, it looks like the worse could be over: CIPA’s new April worldwide shipment camera data shows a +24% increase of mirrorless system camera shipments. Classic compact camera sales are still plumbing and DSLR sales stagnating or slightly falling.
I do not think this market will ever boom again. But at least it looks like it’s not shrinking anymore.
