2 years ago |The Olympus 14-35 is certanley an opticaly verry good lens but it’s way to heavy and the focus is a nightmare.
I got the lens for 2 years but actualy never used it….
I’m sure the Panasonic will be much nicer, with OIS and light weight!

2 years ago |It’s kinda crazy how western civilization is going through this recession. China did a great job of undercutting the competition to the point that we outsourced everything through them.

2 years ago |that’s hard to believe. but i will wait. however, i would like the zuiko 14-35 f2 for my e-5.
plus, i like the mechanical connection of the focus ring for pulling focus on my gh2 when shooting video.
it just seems like the lens to get for my current needs. but i will take your advice and wait and see. hopefully olympus will drop the price when the panasonic hits the market.
i gotta admit, the gh2 sensor seems to handle high ISO better than the e-5, but in good light and particularly sunny conditions, i much prefer the colors and highlight control of the e-5. i don’t know why it is, but for stills, i prefer the e-5. for video, the gh2 obviously. i shoot strictly in RAW on both.
