One more email from Noktor
I just received this mail from Noktor: “Senko, Navitar, Yakumo, etc all re-brand their lenses from a single japanese optical company. They do not make the lenses. The Noktor lens is slightly different in mechanical design, and has a different internal anti-reflective coating as well.“

2 years ago |That sounds really interesting. Not long now.
YeahYeah
2 years ago |Well that makes the Noktor company plausible. But should we deduce that it won’t cover the whole µ4/3 sensor? No interest then.

2 years ago |Maybe a slighly different mechanical design is enough to cover the whole sensor.

2 years ago |The mail is vague, This is how I read this mail.
1. Those brand are not building the lens.
2. Noktor did not say they are the manufacturer either in their mail.
3. The Optical company is a Japanese based Company.
4. They may or may not produce the lens in Japan. or else, somewhere on earth.
5. There is a different on mechanical design, but slightly and it is not optical difference, that means, it could be as little as a mount (it have to be), or either body building.

Perhaps, maybe I could contact the manufacturing company and order a version with my name on it, ha ha ha.
YeahYeah
2 years ago |@iMikl : I hope so, but it doesn’t seem to be the case :s
With a big logo on it!
@Radis.rut : Yeah, we should make 4/3rumors lenses
