2 years ago |I can’t believe prices are so much higher than last year. A new 14-150mm from a dealer was available for as little as $450 last year. Today, used lenses on eBay–even the “obsolete” 4/3 models–are going for more than they were new last year. The dollar’s value has plunged, I guess.

2 years ago |Yeah this lens used to be a good bit cheaper, then it got stupid expensive, and I guess it’s leveling off a bit now. I’ve often thought of getting either the Olympus or Panasonic superzooms for the convenience factor, I just can’t justify the price (even when it was ~$450).
