Many here will not be happy with Adobe offering a subscription only Photoshop. Anyway, if you want and need the best than Photoshop is the way to go. Today Adobe released Photoshop CC, the Creative Cliude version. You have to pay a monthly fee of $19.99. Th new Photoshop has many new features like an updated “Smart Sharpen” function, ability to apply Camera Raw edits on layers, a Camera Shake Reduction filter.
