Mike:Been a while since I’ve shared anything, but excited to share this trailer and news. I and my colleagues produced the upcoming “Beers of Joy” feature documentary, set for release on March 1st, 2019. I think your readers, and frankly Panasonic, Olympus, and SLR Magic want to know is that we shot the entire film on the Gh5 and Gh5s, with the exception of our aerial shots (Mavic Pro, Mavic Pro 2, and Inspire 1 Raw). The film was captured using the anamorphic modes of those cameras and primarily used the Anamorphot 2x Prime Lens set from SLR Magic (35mm, 50mm, 70mm). We supplemented that with the Anamorphot 1.33 compact adapter paired with Olympus 14-42 M43 zoom, and a few shots of the Anamorphot 2x adapter paired with the Panasonic lenses.
I believe this may be the first feature-length, widely released documentary (worldwide via Gravitas Ventures) shot with this camera and lens combination.

I’m a faithfully loyal M43 user, but honestly I very much look forward to applying this approach to capturing cinema in future projects and can’t wait for the world to enjoy this film and the look we created with the M43 standard.
