2 years ago |I just checked out the sample images from the XZ-1, over at Dpreview.com, and it appears to produce very similar results to that of the LX5, as should be expected considering the same sensor is used. I would say that the LX5 may even be slightly better… Possibly a result of the Leica optics and processing…

2 years ago |i would say XZ-1 images are cleaner, though detail is a bit lost. LX5 high ISO images are not so good, but detail is kept. how i’d wish there was a way to reduce the NR on the XZ-1…
