Some is really dirt cheap, if you can accept this kind of features.
But you should find somebody to help trimming the back of the lens because the diameter is too large to fit into the C mount adapter.

I can definitely tell you, there is no such kind of lens with such focal length.
They just try to confuse you for its so called uniqueness. Usually, the CCTV might be made as 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12.5mm, 16mm, etc. But you should never find one made as 11mm. By the way, you have no equipment to measure the accurate viewing angle of this lens. It can be claimed 8mm or 10mm or 12mm either...
