Americans might have the best deals but at least we europeans got a nice Olympus refurbished market. And in these days the market is selling plenty of new stuff!I am sure that time I will not cause a huge raise of the auction bets. There are simply to many refurbished cameras for sale! Olympusmarket used to be a good opportunity to get lenses and cameras with a good discount. Not anymore…people now are willing to pay almost full price for a refurbished item.

2 years ago |Guys there are now over 40 Micro Four Thirds cameras for sale. All are refurbished ad all second generation cameras (the E-P2 will be it soon). Don’t believe price will change.

2 years ago |I had some E-PL1 on the watchlist for the last couple of days. Since your post the prices have risen, some of the auctions have already reached higher price points earlier than they did the last couple of days.
Good for Olympusmarket of course, but bad for the buyers. I guess that ends my search for a nice second E-PL1, i’ll wait for the E-PL2 to appear there.

2 years ago |hi! you should ask olympus for a gift, because the prises increase a lot since you talked about olympusmarket here.
and it is interesting to see, how much people spend here to buy an not really new olympus with just one year warranty, why does no street shop sell olympus anymore? in frankfurt you will find just a few old bodys and lenses and a bit more pen e-pl2, but they tell you “sony is better, samsung is better, pana is better…..strange
let`s hope the new bodys will change the market.

Well, my refurbished 9-18 looks like it has been in a store for some time. Maybe shops return things to Oly because they don’t believe in Oly any more?
