Panasonic Q&A videos online. There will be no 25p with the next fw upgrade :(

And there is a video for every single answer! The video on top for example contains the answer about the next firmware upgrade. It sounds like there will be no immediate 25p support for the Panasonic GH2.

9 months ago |+1 for “peaking mode” it would be a very good feature ! maybe no more need to use the magnifying mode except for macro shots ? I think there is no technical problem to do it

Very unprofessional of Panasonic to allow dissemination of such poor quality communication. Even the anchor person repeating the questions does not seem to know much about the different models of the cameras being discussed.
Wish Panasonic shows improvement in this regard the next time they implement something like this.

9 months ago |I think that this Q&A filled its purpose, this Q&A was not made for people that follows rumors like us, we get info through info leaks, a Panasonic guy won’t leak the real thing or not the things that we really want to know. This Q&A is made for an average user, if it was to be for more advanced users, the specialized media would also be there covering it.
Sometimes there are some interesting questions, but overall the question are from people that just heard about the Lumix G and they don’t even know about the m4/3 system. And the anchor doesn’t have to know it all, he is just a “pretty face” making the questions and silly jokes. How could you expect him to know it all? He would need quite sometime to learn deeply the whole Panasonic electronic lineup, it doesn’t make any sense.
I know it’s a disappointment and we all expected more, I wanted to know more about the high-end GF and about the global shutter possibility, but I understand the nature of this type of Q&A, it’s just to clear things for the average user and if a good question slips through, it’s a bonus basically.

9 months ago |First he thought that the question was about size. About a third thru the video he understood the question, talked nonsense for a while and then admitted he didn’t know. Testing it didn’t seem to occure to him or the journalist even though they presumably had both models availbale.
