Good morning and good news for us europeans folks! Thanks to our very observant readers we now know the GH2 is in Stock in some shops in France, Germany and UK.
Amazon France (Click here) has two GH2 in Stock. In UK Mathers of Lancaster already shipped a few cameras. In germany www.audiophilfoto.de has a few GH2 in Stock. A lucky german guy was informed by Amazon Deutschland that his GH2 has been shipped:

Lieferung voraussichtlich: 7. Dezember 2010 – 10. Dezember 2010
Voraussichtlicher Versand dieser Artikel: 6. Dezember 2010 – 7. Dezember 2010

UPDATE: Amazon.de has no GH2 in Stock yet. But at leats they shipped a few cameras to those guys that preordered it a few weeks ago. It looks like also Amazon France has no more GH2 in Stock!!!

For US guys. I was informed that Amazon US will start shipping the GH2 next week!

Help other 43rumors readers to find stores where the GH2 is in Stock by commenting this post! Thanks!

  • The GH2 is not (yet) available in the German shops you mention. This is a (FT0) rumor. ;-)

      It is sold out at Amazon.de. But the news here is that they shipped the first GH2!

    Culd someone confirm if there is 25p in 24mbit mode in this europe version, please need to know.

    • I looked for it on the Amazon website every day, and to my best knowledge, it was never available at Amazon Germany. In addition, Amazon is usually one of the last shops in Germany where new cameras (and lenses) are available.

    I ordered the GH2 last night at Amazon.de (the shop was EDLEF) and sent the confirmation I received at 43rumors.
    This morning, 2 hours ago, I received this confirmation that it’s being shipped:

    heute wurden von EDLEF’s Artikel Ihrer Bestellung vom Dezember 03, 2010 versendet.

    ==================================================
    VERSANDDETAILS
    ==================================================

    EDLEF’s enthielt die folgenden Artikel im Paket 1 dieser Lieferung:

    1 Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH 2 Kit mattschwarz + 14-140 mm

    Versandunternehmen: DHL
    Versanddatum: Dezember 03, 2010
    Versandgeschwindigkeit: Standard

    • Then it was obviously sold out before it was even announced on the website or at geizhals.at… ;)

      • Nonetheless, it is available at different online shops in Germany now.

    I must say… somehow the GH2 looks quite ugly.

      I must say that leather finish on the GH2 looks totally awesome, gh2 looks amazing in its new suit.;-)

    Any news about 25 p in 1080?????????????

  • [jealous]

  • I placed an order at Amazon.de when they took preorders for some hours on November 9th to be delivered through a partner. It is still not shipped but meanwhile I got one from a store in Hamburg.

    Here you find some sample pictures taken with the Voigtländer Nokton 25/0.95 and some high ISO comparisons:

    @Michael: As far as I see there is only 24p in 1080. I am waiting for TVs becoming available that are able to process 24p natively.

    Sorry guys, one just became available on US Amazon and I snagged it. No more for now. It is lens only. Thanks for all the updates. Anyone want some Canon XHA1 for sale? I am selling two of them.

  • I bought a GH2 at Futek.it: 902 euro!!!!
