Panasonic 3D cam spotted
Few days ago we told you that Panasonic would launch the new 3D camcorder…and here it is: https://panasonic.ca/english/broadcast/broadcast/3d/3dcamera/3d_en.html. I know that this news doesn’t match with our usual MicroFourThirds stuff but I guess that soon we will also see 3D photocameras from Panasonic!

3 years ago |don’t know why all this fuss about 3d.
I personally have been using full hd 3D since 1972 and don’t see the need to have 3d cinema, 3d tv, etc, etc…
it seems 1954 all over again…

Panasonic didn’t got that memo, unfortunately.

3 years ago |It is a different camera, and you can probably buy (3) AF-100s for the price, which I read in the Spring to be US$20,000.
It appears to be more like an AG-HMC150 body with twin lenses.

This camera is not a good ambassador to bring 3D to the masses. If this cam gets used, 3D will die a quick sudden death.

3 years ago |Might be time to change the name of the site from 4/3 Rumors to Oly/Pana Rumors. We’re starting to discuss camera technology other than 4/3 sensors lately, which is fine. Just suggesting.
