Today US readers can grab the new 4th of July deals listed on BHphoto (Click here) and Adorama (Click here). You also save $10 on all Macphun products, including Aurora HDR 2017, Luminar, Creative Kit 2016 and all Single CK Apps.
(FT5) German manufacturer Goerz will announce a new 35mm pancake MFT lens this week
On SonyAlphaRumors you can find an image of a new Goer 35mm lens. While the image shows it on the Sony A7II this lens will also be available with native MFT mount. I got no info about the other specs of the lens but this is NOT a pinhole lens like the Olympus body cap lens series. So it will be of higher quality and of course higher price….

(FT4) Olympus has no plan to release a big sensor fixed lens camera this year
The past years Olympus worked on a digital [shoplink 35471 ebay]Trip[/shoplink] fixed lens big sensor camera. But I have been told by a trusted source that this kind of camera will certainly not be released this year. While I got no word about the reason behind that decision I guess that Olympus sees little chance to make a deal breaker in this segment dominated by Sony and Panasonic.
The current “analog” Trip can be found on [shoplink 35471 ebay]eBay auctions[/shoplink].
