I bet that one minute after posting this the camera will be sold :) Click here to grab the E-M5 body only at Amazon! UPDATE: Indeed the camera has been sold out and there is only an overpriced body available via third party resellers!

Meantime a bad news is that Amazon (Click here) reports that the E-M5 with 14-42mm kit lens will ship within 1-2 months only :(
