(UPDATE: shipping at Amazon!) Olympus 40-150mm PRO shipment info for USA/EU/Asia.

I got some info about the 40-150mm PRO US shipment (Thanks to the source!):

According to Get Olympus [Olympus store], the first shipments of the Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO lens will begin on or after November 17th for their earliest pre-orders.  
According to Customer Support at B&H Photo, they have been advised by Olympus that shipments of the 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO lens have been delayed.  B&H Photo is now indicating initial shipments for pre-orders for the lens will not be before December.

UPDATE: Good news folks! Art Larsen just confirmed his 40-150mm PRO lens preorder at Amazon US has shipped. Here is the image:

And European and Asian stores I am in contact with told me that shipment is likely to happen in early October only :( Like you know Olympus previously issued a warning that they had too many preorder and cannot ship the lens as early as expected.
