I think the XZ-1 is aimed at those of us with DSLR or EVIL cameras. Most with only a P&S will not consider this over the much cheaper alternatives.

Depends which shot you’re talking about. She’s been added to the hang-glider shot and the first fountain shot – the second fountain shot looks real.

There’s a ‘making of’ video where the shot is shown from a different angle. Its not green screened at all.
