Wide open the images look slightly “soapy” (as often seen on old fast 50s). Highlights have a distinct glow to them, even near the focus plane. Focus transition zones have lots of outlining, double edges and just look plain bad. Can’t tell about sharpness across the frame from these shots.

If this is representative of the lens, I won’t buy.
