The rest of us has to pay the full price to preorder the GH2. The only shop having the GH2 in Stock is Amazon US (but via third party reselelr and with heavy extra-premium price). Meanwhile BHphoto sold out the Silver GH2.

2 years ago |I’ve finally given up hope on Amazon shipping out my pre-order before Christmas. Who knows when major retailers like Amazon will start shipping/selling these. Delivery status on my pre-order still says the same Nov 23- Dec 24 that it has stated for a while.
Oh well, I guess patience is a virtue.

2 years ago |Every time you sign in with your EPP account you agree not to resell any purchases and that it will be strictly for personal use. If you do not follow the directive they can terminate your account. The cameras all have serial numbers so I wouldn’t even think about risking the loss of the privilege. Through EPP the G2 kit is $490. FYI all Panasonic Direct (EPP or not) buy they will charge any applicable state sales tax. For me in Michigan the EPP rate for the GH2 puts it at closer to $670 (6% tax). Still not bad!

Still no word on the shipping of my camera (ordered 12/15), but I did receive the 4/3s to m4/3s adapter today, which I ordered at the same time. Panasonic customer service lines are jammed
