Maz says:
• Add IBIS to make Zuiko lenses more compatible. Seems to me Panasonic might sell more bodies (in the absence of an Olympus G1 competitor) given a wider range of lenses to draw on, while Olympus might sell more lenses. Win-win for both companies, maybe? (Nothing wrong with dual IS – NX10 has it)!

-No, NX10 doesn't have it!
Only dedicated lenses marked "OIS" has it.

P.S:
I doubt you will see IBIS on Panasonic. Their route has been chosen and that is with MEGA O.I.S.

There was a thread on dpreview started by an ex-employee of Panasonic.a couple of years ago stating that Panasonic characteristically issued new product announcements on the penultimate Thursday of the month (in the U.S. -- Friday in Tokyo). I forget the reason. Something to do with Panny's month-end accounting cut-off dates, I think. If this contention is true, it gives some credence to an announcement on Thursday Feb.18th.

It seems clear that the announcement, if any, will introduce a G2. -- (G1 discontinued in Japan, removed from the Panasonic Canada site, teaser looks like a "G" form factor). If so, here's my (partial) wish list:
• Retain the form factor and flip screen of the G1 -- I love 'em!
• Add IBIS to make Zuiko lenses more compatible. Seems to me Panasonic might sell more bodies (in the absence of an Olympus G1 competitor) given a wider range of lenses to draw on, while Olympus might sell more lenses. Win-win for both companies, maybe? (Nothing wrong with dual IS - NX10 has it)!
• Update the G1 sensor
• Faster AF (if the technology is there yet).
Those are my main wish items. I'm sure you have others. (Personally, I have no particular interest in video, only in still photography; but I recognize video to be an important requirement for others).
