(FT3) Two new MicroFourThirds zoom lenses to be announced along the new Panasonic AG-AF100?

One of our readers that works for a big online-store told us that he has been trained to use the new Panasonic AG-AF100. He don’t know when exactly the new camera will be launched (but he is sure it will be soon). He also saw at least two new Panasonic MicroFourThirds zooms that are optimized for video (silent autofocus and smooth manual zoom and focusing). Those new lenses would also be perfect for the older Panasonic GH1 and the new Panasonic GH2
Reminder: The Panasonic 14-140mm lens is the only Panasonic lens optimized for video. Olympus has two MSC (Movie and Still Compatible) lenses the Olympus 9-18mm
and the Olympus 14-150mm
lenses but those are without IS and Panasonic camera don’t have in-body stabilization.

I would also like a 12-42/2…

As far as I know the new Olympus (9-19 + 14-150) lenses are MSC (movie and still compatbile) optimized with a silent autofocus..

2 years ago |There was an official picture of the 100-300mm with a card describing it and they used the “HD” designation for it. If it is “HD” then it will cost a fortune.
