(FT 4) Olympus four thirds lens adapter for the m4/3 camera
It is highly probable that Olympus will present an adapter for the use of classic four thirds lens. We received a multiple confirmation from different sources. It will be released the same day as the camera (June 15th or June 16th?). No price info yet.

I don’t like that language. It sounds like Olympus is a higher, almighty entity, “giving” something out at his/her mercy to an audience awaiting in sheer awe.
But Olympus is only a Japanese company presenting products they want customers to buy. It’s you to decide.
Not even for artists and their work I like the phrase “give us”, like in “the writer gives us a novel…” etc. Too much honour.
“…Olympus will give us…” sounds like passively adoring something almost heavenly. But it’s not. It’s only a bland adapter, offered for a price so that Olympus can get some of your money. Olympus should say “The customer gives us… his money”. Instead of “give us”, I think “offer”, “present” or “sell” is more appropriate vocabulary.
I like photography. I like cameras. I like live view and swivel monitors. I like this site. And I like language. For me, this site could sound more critical and journalistic and less fan-boy. Just my two Euro cents.

. This was pretty obvious news, especially if they can increase compatibility of the lenses through it compared to the panasonic adapter. However, what we would like to know is will they release other adapters like panasonic have? Then how about an OM one or are people meant to use the four thirds adapter plus OM adapter already on sale?
