I like my E-P3 and wouldn’t take an E-PL5 over it. People are so caught up in specs, the E-P3 is a far better handling camera – in fact I prefer it to the OMD in many regards. Please Olympus don’t put your enormous flippy screen in the E-P3 replacement! New sensor and maybe, just maybe I you are feeling super generous a built in EVF and 5-Axis IS. But if you are being lazy, just do a 16MP E-P3 and call it a day.

Oh, if you could go a Sony Whitemagic 3″ 4:3 (!) aspect ratio display that would be swell too.

Yours sincerely, the guy who thinks your E-P3 is still the best camera you sell despite it being the oldest and only model to have the relatively unloved Panasonic 12MP sensor.

I would be happy if the price would be that low in Germany-i m still thinking about buying one of these-when its cheap enought. I dont need the extra punch in Picture quality, but would be happy with the faster AF, and better handling then my E-PL2…

I wanted the E-P3 since the day it showed up, and just waiting untill the price reaches my limit-so i like the pricedrop, nobody is forced to buy early

It gets in conflict with the new wordpress system. We willt ry tof ind a solution. We wanted to install Disquis but many didn’t liek the idea. So we have to find a solution for ourselfs…
