Great to see we were right with the 17mm 2.8 lens!

Sorry guys, this time I have been late posting the picture. I was flying and I just arrived in my Hotel. This leaked picture was posted yesterday in a chinese forum http://forum.xitek.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=88. Thanks to all the people who sent me the link.

    perfect :)
not too many buttons and all look well designed. the construction of the mode dial on the left is a nice idea

  • Bu

A little on the chunky side…

  • Dylan

    Well I’m sold.

So, anyone willing to lend me about a thousand bucks?

  • Anonymous Coward

Shame it is missing two dials (does it even have one). Wish they look a hint from the Ricoh GRD-1

  • Eric

Who wants to buy my Canon body and lenses?? :-)

  • oblomov

Program mode is for the most photographers not necessary, but okay.
    But AUTO mode is stupid.

  • oli

Why no 2.0… That would have been great.
Still this is a very interesting concept. I am sure Nikon and Canon will jump the boat of small cam big sensor as soon as they see this camera skyrocketing.

  • marcram

I love it!! I wish the whole bottom half had the black grip, but maybe someone will sell a case for it that will make it look more retro.

Please let the video work close to that of the GH1!!

  • Leandro Federsoni

There is no flash in body. For me this is not a good news.

  • kiva

Im sorry, i thought that there wont be a swivel screen. however that picture made me quite intrigued about the nylon cover on the back of the camera, hmmm…

  • oblomov

Wow, no silly little non effective flash.
I hope there is also a black version.

  • oblomov

What stands for the characters SSWF?
Has this cam also an image stabilization system?

  • Dylan

SuperSonic Wave Filter. It’s the Olympus anti-dust system.

It is *expected* to have IS.

  • m

@Leandro Federsoni as there seems to be no built in viewfinder this means is a big deal because you wont be able to use both flash and built in viewfinder. that sucks.

  • d

    perfect….

  • d

I hope there is also a black version.
    ….me too.

  • jerry
