really want to know that too!! Because you can get 35mm f1.7 CCTV Lens C mount for $30 on eBay! Why pay $140? :/

  That’s SLR Magic for you, stamp their own name on a Fujian Lens and jack up the price. Noktor found a good home with them, same principals.

From what I’ve read on the internet, there is no real difference in image quality between the Toy Lens and CCTV lens.

The only difference is that the Toy Lens comes with a built in adapter and rubber rings.

it’s nothing new that campaign pictures are shot with professional cameras, panasonic used 5d pictures for the g3 campaign, olympus most press pictures are shot with nikon d2x, this is how much they seem their own 4/3 product when it counts… embarrassing, at least they should be smart enough to deactivat the exif…

Marketing material is usually produced by external agencies, not by own stuff. Agencies and photographers use their own equipment, whatever it it. Don’t know why this pointless criticism has to come up again and again?
