2 years ago |no, won’t work. The contacts on the lens over-ride that option. And if you did ‘mask’ out the contacts, you would not be able to focus or adjust aperture.

2 years ago |So – what exactly is the value of the 3D lens then? It seems to me that video in 3D is the primary thing you would want to do with it. Nobody wants to sit around and view stills while wearing a mask, but they *might* be convinced to watch a video that way.
Talk about neutering your own product right out of the gate.
