So far all fast standard primes for the FT system are made by other manufacturers such as Sigma, Panasonic/Leica. These primes are heavier than comparable standards primes for the FF (35mm) thus thwarting the advantages in weight by the FT system and leaving you with a smaller sensor. Why are fast primes for the FT system so heavy? Will there ever be light weight ones?
If not, being a fast prime lovers, going FF frame might be our best bet while gaining lovely bright OVF's and high sensitive high resolution sensors.
Maybe it is time that FT is bailed and the digital OM reborn?!

This lens road-map makes me sad. There are many people who are waiting for Zuiko single focal lenses like 25mm or 20mm at least f2.0 or better (and I even don't mention 12mm or 14mm primes). What is that even classic E-System doesn't have a fast normal lens? Even mFT which is directly predicated for primes doesn't have fast one. Not only for DOF but especially for available light and candid photography. Olympus stop making slow zooms and make fast primes. This is your weakest point in E-System.

I am pissed... I wish Olympus would just admit that they are not developing any more standard four thirds lenses. I've been hopeful that somehow they would spend a portion of their R&D to design 1 or 2 fast prime lenses.
