200 Euro price drop on the E-M5 in Germany too.

43rumors reader Erwin just sent me that image and wrote: “I got this Lufthansa Miles&More WorldShop catalogue about 2 weeks ago, showing the OM-D for 1.099 €“. Yesterday we got notified that there is a similar deal in Holland (here is the pdf flyer).

I still don’t see that price drop in German Stores like Amazon Germany. Let me know if you find them in Germany and in the rest of Europe! Thanks!

On the other end of the scale, you’ve got prices here in Serbia, which are probably the highest in Europe. The lowest price for E-M5 with 12-50mm lens is this http://www.comtradeshop.com/digitalni_foto_aparati/olympus_o-md_e-m5_black_objektiv_12-50mm-16266 . That’s around 1160 euros!

    As usual Miroslav, you pay “luxury tax” while having “beggars” salaries. Nothing has changed in that department since ex-Yu. Same game, just different players. You pay more than in other countries and usually get products that are not of same quality (this does not apply on cameras)..

Simply Electronics sells the OMD E-M5 with the 12-50 zoom for £795, with the weak pound that equates to about 690€ but your card company may charge you more. Also bear in mind that simply electronics often takes a bit longer to deliver than stated

  Current exchange rate £/€ is 1:1.15. As mentioned, your card provider may not give you this rate, so probably only worth it if you can transfer via an exchange company but you can ask
